By: Sara Schafer, Farm Journal Media Business and Crops Editor

Last week’s “A Day in Agriculture” highlighted many interesting aspects of agriculture...from the early-morning milking to harvest to scenes of rural America.

Here are a handful of videos that are definitely worth watching or re-watching.

Melrose, Minn.

Melrose Dairy Proteins plant manager Hank Braegelmann says some 70 truckloads of milk are processed into cheddar, Italian-type hard cheese and whey protein concentrates daily.

Hobart, Okla.

Zac and Amy Harris tell the story of the 2011 wheat crop on their farm in southwest Oklahoma. We visited with the Harris family on June 1, when wheat harvest was nearing its end on their farm.

Champaign, Ill.

Pete Reiff of Logan Hollow Fish Farm in Murphysboro, Ill., delivered more than 2,800 fish of various sizes and species to the Champaign County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) office in Champaign, Ill., earlier this month. There, landowners picked up fish to stock their ponds.

Lebanon, Ind.

This video comes from a farmer in Lebanon, Ind. He says, "First field cut about 50 acres on the 21st of September. The beans are running about 13.5% moisture."

Buckeye, Ariz.

Hickman Family Farms, Arizona's only commercial egg producer, recently introduced "Big Bill," a robotic egg loader.

Cerro Gordo, Ill.

AgWeb blogger Cheryl Day takes you on a visit to her family farm. Tag along as they harvest soybeans and corn, and walk through the barn as the kids complete their nightly chores.

Middletown, Ill.

This video is of Bella and Theo, two young producers from Illinois, talking about their cattle operation.
