This Virginia producer is new to corn, but he's learning the ropes, one step at a time.
Brian Reinhart is not your typical corn farmer. In fact, he is a forester by trade, but since farming has recently become more profitable, he decided to give it a try.
Reinhart says venturing into corn farming has been a learning process. That's why the Williamsburg, Va., producer traveled all the way to Sioux Falls, S.D., to attend a Corn College Planter Clinic.
"There's a lot of things you have to do right in order for everything to come together," he says.
