Improved output is achieved with the incorporation of Flowplus technology.
In the midst of its 30-year anniversary manufacturing, Teagle announces the launch of additional new models to the range of Tomahawk Bale Processors.
The New T7100/7150 models follow the T8100/8150 and T8500/8550 introduced during the fall of 2012. The T7100/7150 replaces the previously popular T808 models with an increased capacity and output over its predecessor.
Attention to detail is a key driver of product development within Teagle, which is clear to see in the New T7100/7150 model, incorporating sympathetic curves and clean lines to improve the overall appearance of the machine, whilst enhancing visibility for the operator.
Improved output is achieved with the incorporation of Flowplus technology. Flowplus, a three-year development project, was introduced into T8100/8150, T8500/8550 and 1010 trailed Tomahawks last year. It is focused on producing a consistently high and controlled flow of material from the discharge chute, which can be reliably repeated with all materials, even at low fan speeds.
The Flowplus design is based on controlled transition of material through the crossbeater, fan and chute and includes modified bed conveyor slats. It also includes a high flow hydraulic valve to improve tumbling of material in the bale chamber for a consistent feed rate, a simplified bale restraint to effectively meter material flow, as well as improved delivery chute design.
The New T7100 models are available in three formats: with right hand delivery side chute (T7100), swivel chute (T7100SC) and the unique Tomahawk "Dual Chop" system (T7150SC-D). All models are available in trailed, three-point hitch and three-point hitch with assistor wheel configurations. Three-point linkage models also feature the new time saving Teagle quick-release system, for easy and speedy machine to tractor attachment.
