This January, beef will take a spin on "Wheel of Fortune." The dinnertime game show will be offering a $1,000 gift card to Beef Bucks, a nonprofit organization that encourages beef consumption through the sale of gift cards that can be used in several fast food restaurants, steak houses, retail meat markets, grocery stores and home delivery services.

Wouldn’t it be great to get your beef-eating friends together and have a watch party? Maybe cook up some beef appetizers? Ahh...yeah!

This month Beef Bucks is giving away four prize packs of a $25 Beef Buck, a set of stainless steel steak knives and a "Beef Recipe Collection" cookbook. Just submit a beef appetizer recipe that you may use while watching "Wheel of Fortune" the week of Jan. 9 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.

To have your recipe in the drawing, submit it on the Beef Bucks website, via the Contact form, or mail it to Beef Bucks, Inc., 20732 436th Ave, De Smet, SD 57231 before Nov. 1. A random drawing of the recipes will be held to select the four winners.
