Dealer association asks members to rate manufacturers

North American Dealers Association recently asked its members to report satisfaction ratings between them and manufacturers. Areas reported included: product availability
(the big question right now), product quality, technical support, parts availability and quality, manufacturer response to dealer need, warranty procedures, and more.
Some quick highlights:
- Dealers gave the highest marks for quality of parts and products.
- Shortline manufacturers ranked higher in product availability than full-line manufacturers.
- Overall, dealers cited satisfaction with manufacturer high on their overall rankings.
The survey included 26 brands.
