Easy Crockpot Spaghetti

Aunt Kathy’s Easy Crockpot Spaghetti – this is a great meal for those busy days or to take to a potluck! From www.kristinashouse.com.
1 pound 93 percent lean ground beef
in skillet. Drain, rinse and place in crockpot. Then add....
1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
3 cups tomato juice.
Stir well then cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. During the last hour of cooking turn to high heat and stir in.....
4 ounces dry spaghetti (1 1/2 cups) broken into 4 inch pieces.
Serve with salad, toasted garlic bread and grated Parmesan cheese. Delicious! Easy! Note: The original recipe does not call for this but I always add a ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning as well.
