Hotel Reservations:
If you are coming for the main group dates, you would select arrival on November 11 and departure on November 13. However, if you would like to extend your stay, you may do so as well at this discounted rate, based on availability, for three days prior or post conference dates.
A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation and one-night room and tax charges will be posted at the time of booking.
Single/double discounted group room rates for attendees are $209 plus tax and $20 per day resort fee that includes wireless internet access, access to fitness center, boarding pass printing, free local and toll free calls, (this is normally $20 per day, but has been reduced for rooms booked in the EPBC room block), prior to October 8, 2012. After October 8, 2012, the Bellagio will accept reservations on a space and rate availability basis.
Don't forget to make your hotel reservations directly with the Bellagio by October 14, 2013.
