Room Rate:
Single/double discounted group room rates for attendees are $189 per night, plus tax and $10 per-day resort fee prior to October 14, 2011. (The resort fee includes wireless internet access, access to the fitness center, boarding-pass printing, free local and toll-free calls. This is normally $20 per day but has been reduced for rooms booked in the EPBC room block.)
After October 14, the Bellagio will accept reservations on a space-available basis and rates may vary. Please note that the Dairy Today’s Elite Producer Business Conference room block consists of a limited number of rooms and they are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

How To Make Your Room Reservation:
Please CALL (see instructions below) the hotel to make your room reservations to ensure the specially negotiated room rate.
Call the hotel direct at (888) 987-6667 - identify yourself with the "Dairy Today Elite Producer Business Conference." Please note that rates CANNOT be changed upon check-in / check-out if guests fail to identify their affiliation with the group at the time of the booking.
If you are coming for the main group dates, you would select arrival on November 7 and departure on November 9, however, if you would like to extend your stay, you may do so as well at this discounted rate, based on availability, for three days prior or post conference dates.
A credit card must be provided at the time of reservation and one-night will be posted at the time of booking.
