Sportsman 550 X2
The 2010 model lineup from Polaris is outfitted with new functions for increased work capabilities around the farm. The Sportsman 550 X2 ATV is designed for easy conversion from a rear passenger seat to a 400-lb. dump box. The Sportsman 550 X2 is powered by a 550-cc single EFI 42-hp engine. The low gear runs up to 39 mph while towing 1,500 lb. The Dual-A front suspension has longer control arms, and the rolled independent rear suspension provides bump protection with a ground clearance of 11.25". The unit runs on 14" cast aluminum spoke wheels and 26" Maxxis tires. Rubber mounting on the chassis and internal balance shafts decrease engine vibrations, and a large air box allows for quieter operation.

Yamaha Grizzly 700 FI EPS
With the addition of 2010 models, Yamaha Motor Corporation has 17 ATVs in its lineup. The powerful Grizzly 700 FI EPS, with its 686-cc liquidcooled, four-stroke engine, is lightweight for the best powerto- weight ratio. The Grizzly 700 FI EPS was the first ATV to feature electronic power steering, and the model continues to be loaded with features, such as Yamaha Fuel Injection, Ultramatic automatic transmission and On-Command 2WD/4WD/4WD with differential lock. The front and rear steel cargo racks can pack a total of 286 lb. A center-mounted, heavy-duty trailer hitch is standard and can tow more than 1,300 lb. Base price: $9,299.

Yamaha Big Bear 400 4x4 IRS

Yamaha Grizzly 550 FI ATV
The midsize Yamaha Grizzly 550 FI sports several features typically found on larger ATVs. The 558-cc liquid-cooled, four-valve SOHC engine is coupled with an Ultramatic automatic transmission system, electric power steering (EPS), Yamaha Fuel Injection and fourwheel hydraulic disk brakes. The ATV features the three-way On-Command system that has push-button two-wheel/four-wheel drive and four-wheel drive with differential lock. Carrying capacity on the racks total 286 lb., and towing capacity is 1,322 lb. There are waterproof storage boxes under the seat and in the right front fender.
