Extended Trading May Affect USDA Reports

What effect will the longer trading hours have on the markets when USDA reports are released? Jerry Gulke, president of the Gulke Group, says it might give larger companies who use computers for trading an unfair advantage.
 
"We’ll see how it works. I think they are going to test it tomorrow to see what in the world happens."
