Lindsay Hill, AgDay/USFR Agribusiness Director, was killed in an auto accident Thursday morning.

The Farm Journal Media family and all of agriculture suffered a huge loss Thursday morning when Lindsay Hill was killed in a rural Ohio auto accident. Lindsay recently joined the AgDay and U.S. Farm Report team as Agribusiness Director, after serving as a broadcaster and owner of ABN Radio Network in Ohio.

While Lindsay was only with Farm Journal Media for a short time, she made a big impact and will be missed. Please keep Lindsay and her family in your thoughts and prayers at this extremely difficult time.

Lindsay was a great young talent that was helping agriculture. Our broadcasters dedicate a tremendous amount of time and travel for us. Travel risk we do not think about until we get a tragic reminder. Ohio and all of US Agriculture will miss her! Our prayers are with Lindsay's family and friends.

I literally started watching AgDay four days ago. (Just got the station it comes on.)I was very impressed with Lindsay's enthusiasm and command of intricate ag issues. I was shocked and saddened by the news of her passing and will miss the warm charm and knowledge that she bought to the show. MY thoughts are with her family, friends and associates.
