I spoke with him today, and although he says he’s still trying to get the hang of it, the number of site hits he’s gotten would say he’s off to a great start. He plans to regularly update the blog with news for the McCormick dealers and its customers.
McCormick recently held their first dealer meeting, after a four year hiatus in the planned event. Miller says the company has a new level of energy and is optimistic about the year ahead in the tractor market. In 2009, they will be consolidating their assembly facilities to a pre-existing building near the company's headquarters in Norcross, Ga. The new TTX tractor series was introduced right before the end of 2008, and there may be another new tractor series at
National Farm Machinery Show to look out for.
