ALERT 9/5/2013: Fill Fall NH3 Needs

September 5, 2013
By: Davis Michaelsen, Pro Farmer Inputs Monitor Editor

CORN PRODUCERS: COVER FALL ANHYDROUS NEEDS

We have been alerting you to expect to book anhydrous as prices drop and we now believe NH3 prices are bottoming. Production declines at major international suppliers will impact U.S. retail pricing near-term, evidenced by increases in wholesale ammonia prices worldwide and in the Midwest earlier this week. Book fall anhydrous needs at current pricing levels.
