The Dow, S&P and NASDAQ all fell today along with every input stock on the Monitor's view with one notable exception to the good.
The DJI dove 185.23 to 12,542.68; S&P 500 19.04 lower to 1,355.49; NASDAQ falls 37.08 lower to 2,846.81.
Terra Nitrogen (TNH) lost $12.84 to end the day at $213.70 posting the largest decline by percentage; Petrologistics (PDH) a close second -- $0.47 lower to $10.97; Chesapeake Energy Corp (CHK) rounds out the top three decliners -- lower $0.54 to $16.85.
CHS Inc. (CHSCP) showed the only gains today climbing $0.12 in late day action to end at $31.08. On November 8, your Monitor reported that all of the inputs stocks that we watch here fell along with the Dow except...you guessed it...CHS Inc. After posting record earnings over $1 billion, CHS is the only input stock to keep its head above water during some trying times. Its resiliency and profitability are making CHS one to watch.
