New Indiana Fertilizer Regs

Indiana New regulations for fertilizer handling and storage in the state of Indiana will take effect February 16, 2013. The new regulations include recognized good-management practices and are aimed at ensuring that fertilizer materials are used more effectively and safely. The measures will also help protect water quality by reducing nutrient runoff. The office of the Indiana State Chemist and Seed Commissioner has released a document that outlines the new regulations.
