Weekly Fuel Report -- Week Ended 11/16/2012

National gasoline prices fell in all regions except one, and highway diesel climbed week-over.

Gasoline-

Average national retail price for regular gasoline was down again over the report week. Lower week-over by 0.020 to $3.429/gallon -- 0.061 higher than the same time last year.

East Coast gasoline 0.012 lower to $3.479/gallon; Gulf Coast 0.039 lower to $3.166; Rocky Mountain gasoline lower 0.050 to $3.509; West Coast down 0.076 to $3.707.

Midwest gasoline showed the only increases during the report week -- up just 0.013 to $3.344/gallon -- up 0.073 year-over.

Highway Diesel-

National average price for highway diesel down 0.004 to $3.976/gallon.

East Coast diesel 0.015 higher to $4.052; Midwest diesel also higher adding 0.001 to $3.909/gallon.

Elsewhere, prices fell slightly. Gulf Coast highway diesel 0.010 lower to $3.865; Rocky Mountain diesel falls 0.045 to $4.059; West Coast 0.060 lower to $4.094.
