Southeast Missouri Flooding

 
A levee on the Mississippi River was breached on Monday. The Army Corps of Engineers blasted a hole to relieve the flooded areas around Cairo, Ill., flooding vast farmlands. Photographer Lee Dunn provided these aerial photographs.
