, answers reader questions and provides helpful information regarding the mental and physiological issues involved with agriculture.
After growing up on a family farm in Mexico, Mo., Jonathan attended the University of Missouri and Iowa State University. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counselor education from ISU. Since earning his degrees, Jonathan has worked for the Iowa Methodist Medical Center and several mental health providers and centers. He currently owns a mental health practice that has grown into a community residential placement provider for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Jonathan and his wife, Charlene, live with their three children live on a row-crop farm.
