Kevin Van Trump of Farm Direction says discounting the freeze in northern areas may be too soon -- some more damage may show up. Funds availability to invest depend upon the banks and economic situation in Europe. The FSA report released Thursday evening hasn't fully been digested yet. Some strength in the market may be shown by Monday morning.
