From the hitch pin to closing wheels, the Corn College Planter Clinic events provide farmers with hands-on demonstrations of how to set up their machinery for a smooth planting season. Farmers will learn the importance of even emergence, uniform stands, proper spacing and more on their path to higher yields.
The events will be presented by Farm Journal Associate Field Agronomist Missy Bauer with other experts.
All major brands will be included in these sessions.
In addition to covering the mechanical aspects of planters, part of the day will also be dedicated to the technology outfitted on today’s machines.
