The 2011 lineup of crossover utility vehicles from John Deere includes the fastest and most powerful Gator ever produced—the Gator XUV 825i. With 50 hp and a top speed of 44 mph, the XUV 825i is built for outdoor enthusiast to throw any challenge at it.
In addition to the XUV 825i, the XUV 625i is available and powered by a 625cc Gas EFI engine. Its rated at 23 hp and top speed is 30 mph.
The XUV 855D is a diesel powered model with a 854cc engine, 25 hp, and 32 mph top speed. This model is now available with full clutch enclosure.
The full line up boasts 1500 lb. towing capacities and 14000 lb payload capacities. The cargo box is a hybrid metal and composite material and provided 16.4 cu. ft. of storage. A factory-installed spray-in bed liner is available. The sides of the cargo box are removable, and more than 20 tie-down spots are placed on the vehicle.
The Gator XUV models are available in three color finishes: olive and black, Realtree Hardwoods HD camo, or John Deere green and yellow.
