Not to speak for everybody, everywhere, but those of us in this southwestern drought are sure hoping the weatherman fetches us an El Nino monsoony thing in time to get some wheat growing. And, if the weather service dudes are right, it looks like we may get some of what we’re hoping for.
This graph, gleaned from http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/expert_assessment/ seems to show a 60 to almost 80% chance. So maybe it will rain one of these days.
