Rhonda Brooks leverages nearly 30 years of experience working in the agricultural industry in her position as the Seeds and Production Editor for Farm Journal. As part of her responsibilities, Rhonda oversees the development of the annual Farm Journal Seed Guide, supports the Farm Journal Test Plots with Associate Field Agronomist, Missy Bauer, and helps manage a series of Corn, Soybean and Wheat College events.
Rhonda joined Farm Journal in 2010. Prior to that, she worked in marketing communications with a number of multi-national agribusiness firms and freelanced for several national and state-specific farm publications.
An Agricultural Journalism graduate of the University of Missouri, Rhonda has won more than a dozen communications awards throughout her career. A native of southwest Missouri, where she grew up on a small grain and livestock farm, she now resides in Ohio with her husband, Jay, and their two children.
