Payloader Adapter for Pallet Forks
I couldn’t justify buying a separate set of pallet forks for our payloader when I already had a set for our tractor. So I made a payloader adapter from scratch, with the exception of the J hooks I purchased, for $500. I added a 25/16" hitch ball to the top to move fifth-wheel trailers and a 2" receiver hitch to the bottom for implements. I can remove the pallet forks and use the adapter to move equipment in the cold storage building. Gabe raises beef cattle, corn, wheat and soybeans on the C. Dale Sybesma family farm.
Flag Marks End of Sprayer Boom
Sometimes it’s difficult to judge where the tip of a large sprayer boom is relative to a boundary. So we attached a 10" strip of rigid belting with reflective tape to the end of the boom. It’s a simple, low-cost, flexible solution that won’t break. If you happen to touch boundary crops or trees, the belting won’t cause damage.

A Better Seal for the Air Hose Box
To eliminate water seeping into the box where I store my air hose reel, I made a plug from a piece of straight radiator hose with the same outside diameter as the inner measurement on the hose guide. Then I drilled a hole through the plug and slid it onto the air hose behind the bumper stock. A plastic tie wrapped around the air hose inside the plug keeps it from sliding.
