As the holiday season arrives, there’s bound to be some family conflict. Nobody reading this post has ever had a run in with a family member over Christmas dinner, I get it. However, if you have or you’d simple like some tips to deal with conflict, you won’t want to miss the 2018 Top Producer Seminar. On January 25, Carolyn Rodenberg, owner and founder of Alternatives to Conflict LLC will host a breakout session to help farmers manage conflict.
