12 Days of Top Producer Seminar: The Base Coach

December 13, 2017 01:46 PM

Just like a professional baseball player, top operators need a base coach too! On January 24, executive coach Sara Beth Aubrey, The CEO Coach, will outline four secret C-Suite leadership tactics that farm executives should use at the 2018 Top Producer Seminar.

What is an executive coach?

The definition is straightforward,” Aubrey says. “An executive coach provides confidential, one-on-one professionally facilitated discussion, feedback, decision-making support and accountability. It’s aimed exclusively at improving performance. This can take place via phone, an online video platform, in person or with email.”

Aubrey has five components of coaching for farmers navigating the big challenges and goals they want to tackle.

  1. Identify and leverage unique strengths.
  2. Work to set stretch goals with measurement.
  3. Expose blind spots and improve perspective on barriers to change.
  4. Challenge current thinking and long-held assumptions.
  5. Establish accountability to take actions that foster results.

Aubrey will address seminar attendees at 3 p.m. on Wednesday in the International Ballroom.
