15 Percent Of Nation’s Cheese Comes From One Wisconsin Town

Wisconsin is the nation’s leader in cheese production, producing 3.4 billion pounds of cheese in 2017. California produces roughly 1 billion pounds less.

While the whole state contributes to that large number, one town in America’s Dairyland holds the bragging rights to much of that cheese.
