4 List Apps to Check Out

Whether you’re trying to meet your New Year’s resolution, or you just want an app to keep track of cattle due dates, list apps are super handy. Check out the following apps recommended by members of the Dairy Girl Network.

Google Keep – This list and notes app by Google is available for Apple and Android. “Quickly capture what’s on your mind and get a reminder later at the right place or time. Speak a voice memo on the go and have it automatically transcribed. Grab a photo of a poster, receipt or document and easily organize or find it later in search. Google Keep makes it easy to capture a thought or list for yourself, and share it with friends and family,” according to the App Store description.

Evernote – Evernote is a very similar app, and it is also available for both Apple and Android systems. “Create a project to-do list. Jot down a reminder. Or snap a picture of a sketch. A note can be anything you want it to be. And once you make a note, it’s accessible wherever you go, forever,” according to the Evernote website.

Wunderlist - Wunderlist is a notes app that allows for reminders and deadline alarms. “Wunderlist is the easiest way to get stuff done. Whether you’re planning a holiday, sharing a shopping list with a partner or managing multiple work projects, Wunderlist is here to help you tick off all your personal and professional to-dos,” according to the Wunderlist website.

Errands – This free app is available on Apple. While it’s not fancy, dairy farmers say the repeat alarm feature is handy. “Errands is a task manager with a pleasing design and is easy to learn and use. Crafted with a blend of basic and advanced features,” according to its App Store listing.

Great list! EverNote is my go to! For To-do and task lists I would also suggest Todoist. Easy to use and great integrations, including Amazon Echo.
