Soybean rust found in South Carolina

Though the south to north movement of Asian soybean rust has been blunted in the Southeast this year, the potentially lethal disease has made its way into the Carolinas. The rust find activates Section 18 fungicide labels, including Headline, for use in South Carolina. (Source: Southeast Farm Press, 9/18/07)
