A Taste Of Arkansas Barbecue In North Dakota

First and foremost, Memorial Day is a day to celebrate the U.S. and those who have served and paid the ultimate sacrifice.  

Aside from being a symbol to honor fallen heroes, it’s also the unofficial start to summer and grilling season.

For a couple of Arkansas transplants, every day is barbecue day.

Tim and Teresa Oldham moved to the Roughrider State in 2014, and they’ve planted their roots by starting local businesses.
