Do you have questions about how and where to store pesticides on your farm? Do you know the exact size nozzle you should use when spraying? Do you have all the certifications necessary to apply pesticides?

Many questions can arise when working with pesticides. Luckily, answers to your pesticide questions are only a click away. The University of Illinois Extension recently launched the Pesticide Safety Education Program Web site.

The Web site provides:
  • pesticide tips and fact sheets
  • directory of training manuals
  • training schedules
  • certification information
  • comprehensive list of resources

While some of the information is geared toward Illinois residents, the site provides many links and information that span state lines.
