Today on AgDay

Sept. 25, 2015

~~GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS.
WELCOME TO OUR QUARTERLY LEAVE A LEGACY
SPECIAL REPORT.
WHILE SOME FAMILIES STRUGGLE TO FIND THAT NEXT
GENERATION, OFTEN THERE'S A SON OR DAUGHTER
JUST  ITCHING TO JOIN THE FAMILY BUSINESS.
BUT FINDING ROOM AND MAKING SURE THE FINANCIALS
WORK CAN BE DIFFICULT.
TODAY WE MEET A CENTRAL INDIANA FAMILY FINDING
ROOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION AND BUILDING A
PLAN FOR THE FUTURE BEYOND.
SCHROEDER LEGACY FINAL....
AS BILL SCHROEDER AND HIS FAMILY CAN TELL YOU...
LIFE JUST DOESN'T SLOW DOWN...
I EXPECT THE SOYBEANS TO BE OFF AS MUCH AS 20 PERCENT
AND I THINK CORN WILL BE OFF MORE LIKE 40 PERCENT.
YOU KNOW 2012 WAS A PRETTY TOUGH YEAR WITH THE DROUGHT
AND THIS YEAR WITH THE RAIN COMING IN AS A SECOND PLACE DISASTER
WITH 2012. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS ITS MOTHER NATURE YOU CAN'T CONTROL
MOTHER NATURE AND YOU KNOW I'VE NEVER SEEN A SINGLE YEAR WHEN
WE DIDN'T TAKE WHAT WE GET.
