Ken Barham, VP of Customer Brand Marketing at Nufarm discusses how the company has grown its phenoxy herbicide portfolio, the changes from the company that will move manufacturing closer to its customers in the mid-south, and the company’s latest seed treatment product to control nematodes.
This conversation is featured in the AgPro podcast—available in the player above.
When asked how the company serves both the ag and turf markets, he says, “We serve both markets quite similarly in our approach, and our focus centers on two concepts: providing excellent service and delivery to customers and bringing relevant solutions that solve their problems, including supply quality, depth of offerings and differentiation. Certainly, the customer base is different in their needs, the way they collect information and the way they apply our products. But we are investing in our customers, such as opening the Greenville, Miss., manufacturing facility. It brings manufacturing closer to where our products are used.”
