Victoria Hornbaker, interim director of the Citrus Pest & Disease Prevention Program at the California Department of Food and Agriculture, talks about citrus greening, or Huanglongbing (HLB), and how Californians are working to control the spread of the disease by requesting citrus tree owners and travelers follow quarantine restrictions.
