AgWeb Market Wrap: A Down Week for Prices

Corn, soybeans and wheat all closed the week below the previous week, reports Scott Harms at Archer Financial.
 
Not all traders moved in the same direction: In corn, Commercials added to their short positions and Index Traders trimmed their long holdings slightly. Non-commercials almost doubled their long positions.
 
In soybeans, Non-commercials and Index Traders reduced long holdings; Commercials reduced their short holdings.
 
Chicago wheat saw Commercials go modestly more short, while Non-commmercials bought back some of their short positions and Index Traders added slightly to their long holdings.
