Bramford Named to Construction Hall of Fame

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) inducted Sir Anthony Bamford, JCB Chairman, into its Construction Equipment Hall of Fame. Bamford established JCB SA, the company's French subsidiary in Paris, which has become the model for JCB's worldwide development. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a regional equipment manufacturer to a global presence with more than 300 products, manufacturing plants on four continents and operations in over 150 nations. Sir Anthony's late father, Joe Bamford, founder of JCB, was presented with the same accolade in 1993.The award was accepted by John Patterson, Chairman and CEO of JCB Inc. at an AEM induction ceremony in Scottsdale, Az.
