We are expected to learn more this afternoon on what the second round of Market Facilitation Program payments will look like.

We are expected to learn more this afternoon on what the second round of Market Facilitation Program payments will look like.

Farm Journal's Jim Wiesemeyer says the program will likely be based on 2019 plantings of covered commodities, not to exceed 2018 plantings.

According to Wiesemeyer, rates for each crop will largely be calculated the same as last time, perhaps with some adjustments, with the first of three likely payments being made by the end of July.

We expect more information to be provided when the White House rolls out the program this afternoon.  Representatives of major farm groups are expected at the White House for a meeting with President Trump.

Wiesemeyer says the meeting is expected to happen at 3 pm ET.

Here's the deal....if any of you c***ksuckers got a 25% pay decrease at your 9-5 job you'd either quit or go serious PMS until your panties turned red. I'll take a MFP payment with a smile because let's face it; corn shouldn't be 3.50 or beans shouldn't be in the 7s.

Can't wait to hear details of the new welfare program. Trump saying, "hey vote for me and I'll take care of you even if it means welfare payments". Balloons the spending deficit up another $15 Billion. Guess who is paying for tariffs? Check the price on soybeans this morning and the cost of a new piece of ag equipment compared to two years ago. China is not going to buckle under to the moronic administration we now have running our government. They are like a babies diaper that has been on too long. Time to change them as they are dirty. Stick around and see what crap falls out from the information obtained from Trump's banks (money laundering and financial obligations to Russians???), accounting and tax records, and testimony from Trump's lackey dogs on instructions to hinder any investigation. Big big question, "What's he hiding?" We'll soon know!

So I guess we are just supposed to let China keep ripping us off? We've seen manufacturing job after job leave, they had hire tariffs then we had (10 vs 5%), they force/steal our technology, and not honor trade rules. I love how people acknowledge we are getting ripped off, but then bitch about Trump ACTUALLY doing something about it. And now, when Trump makes a move to shore up farming, which the chinese are deliberately targeting by the way, there is more bitching. How about giving some solutions?
