Built for Performance with Broad Capabilities
Built on core Fastrac features, JCB unveils the Fastrac 4000 series. The series includes three models, 4160, 4190 and 4220, all powered by a 6.6-liter sixcylinder AGCO Power engine that meets the latest Tier 4 Final exhaust emission rules using SCR technology. The 4160 delivers 160 hp, with up to 175 hp, and the 4190 model features 189 hp, with a 208 hp maximum. The 4220 brings 217 hp, with up to 235 hp.
The series sports a CVT transmission ideal for power, torque, seamless acceleration and speed control. An all-round suspension feature allows for fast speeds on the road with lower engine speeds. The ability to reach 38 mph at 1,600 rpms helps boost maximum fuel economy.
With side-to-side, front and rear self-levelling, the suspension system allows the ability to “squat” under demountable equipment to change implements quicker and easier.
The hydraulic system delivers higher oil flows to more efficiently handle demanding implements. Electronic spool valves provide finger-tip control, and both timer and flow functions are adjustable from inside the cab.
The series comes standard with two-wheel steering or optional four-wheel steering. Bigger tires for improved flotation and traction are standard. A redesigned chassis and tighter turning axles make the series more maneuverable. Active traction manipulates engine torque for maximum pulling power.
Price: $225,000 to $260,000. For more details, visit www.jcbna.com.
