China would be “deeply regrettable” if the U.S. moves ahead with its plan to increase tariffs on $200 billion of Chinese imports to 25% from 10% on Friday, the ministry said in the statement.U.S. Notice Says Tariffs on $200b of China Goods Go Up Friday
