Church Salute: First Presbyterian Church Lexington, Mo.

The First Presbyterian Church of Lexington, Mo. is the church U.S. Farm Report's Tyne Morgan grew up and was married. 

In 2012, the congregation joined with the first Christian church in town, now called the Presbyterian Disciples Church.

Both churches' founders came from Lexington, Ky. 

Following the Civil War, General Robert E. Lee's chief administrative assistant served twice as the pastor of the Presbyterian Church.
