CommoditAg is heading into 2020 with 10 retailers now part of its network and a new website.
The 10th member to join CommoditAg is Colorado cooperative Agfinity. It has seven locations in northern Colorado as well as serviced acres in southern Wyoming.
“CommoditAg is committed to working with dedicated partners that will provide the highest level of customer service and engagement as we work to offer convenience and accessibility to the agriculture community throughout the United States,” John Demerly, CEO, CommoditAg said in a news release. “Agfinity provides excellent service and quality products in their trade area, and we are proud to have them join our network and expand our product offering to this important region.”
Since starting in 2017, CommoditAg has built a network of more than 40 fulfillment centers integrated with its e-commerce and online ordering capabilities.
Its new website was unveiled late in 2019, and highlights of the new features include simplified navigation and a warehouse locator. The new site also set the groundwork for the company’s app, which will enable orders of adjuvants, fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides and insecticides.
“CommoditAg’s team has generations of experience that farmers can trust, as well as the operational ability to get critical products where and when farms need them,” Demerly said in a news release. “With our new online platform, we’ve created a simplified ordering process that puts our customer in control and assures timely, reliable availability of farm resources.”
As part of the website launch, the company announced a pre-pay season discount. Today is the final day for customers to receive 2% off their orders.
