Consultant Lowers U.S. Corn Yield Estimate

Crop consultant Dr. Michael Cordonnier has lowered his U.S. corn yield forecast by 1 bu. per acre to 164 bu. per acre, saying he is surprised by dryness in areas of the Corn Belt this early in the growing season. But he left his soybean yield forecast unchanged 43.5 bu. per acre.
