The Costco poultry plant in Fremont, Nebraska is officially open for business. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held over the weekend. Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts was on hand to take part in the ceremony.
It's estimated the plant will provide Costco with 2 million of those popular rotisserie each week. It will be run by Lincoln Premium Poultry. The plant has been in the works for almost five years.
