Country Church Salute: Neuberg Congregational Church

October 3, 2016 12:00 PM

This week’s Country Church Salute goes to the Neuberg Congregational Church in Hettinger Co., N.D.

The church is in a very remote area—the nearest town is close to 25 miles away.

The church was abandoned and on the brink of being burned until three men stepped up to sacce it.

Neuberg Church has since been refurbished with new paint and countless repairs from 2014 until today, receiving quite the facelift.

Thank you to Veronica Klein for sharing the story.
