This morning, the New York Times quoted Jim Werkhoven, a Monroe, Wash. dairy producer: "I certainly understand from a business perspective why they may be doing this,” he said. "At the end of the day, the customer is going to be the one that sets the rules, and at the end of the day, it's going to be the customer that pays the price.”
