On it's second shot, the House passed the farm bill by a single vote margin, but that's not the biggest news of the week according to Pro Farmer Washington Analyst Jim Wiesemeyer.   Which way is the wind blowing and that is often the way our President Trump thinks. This is my phrase about President Trump, Easy to come by and easy to let go, hard to come by and harder to let go." He gets stuck in a rut and needs to be pushed out of the mess with his loyal supporters with applause at his rallies almost everyday across America.
