Declining NASS Responses Leads to Heavier Data from Other Sources

Farmers that have received NASS surveys and never filled out data, FSA certified acreage data will be used heavily in this report. 

On Market Rally Radio Tuesday, Chip Flory predicts this to be the trend with declining responses to NASS surveys.

“You have surrendered your right to gripe,” said co-host Davis Michaelsen.

  this is total crap! county averages are determined and made public by the government before the production report deadline for government crop insurance. asinine. the data is provided by grower, by crop, and by county every year by most crop insurance customers. no survey is necessary. it would simply be redundant.
