Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) products and brands recently earned 14 awards at the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest.
This comprehensive national contest includes a broad spectrum of dairy products, making it the only judging contest of its kind in North America. The Dairy Product Contest is held in conjunction with the World Dairy Expo.
“We are proud to see our employees’ commitment to quality production earn well-deserved recognition,” said Mark Korsmeyer, executive vice president of DFA and president of DFA’s Global Dairy Products Group. “It is because of these dedicated workers that we are able to achieve high honors at such a well-respected industry event. Our employees take great pride in what they do and it shows in the quality products they produce.”
Winning companies are afforded the opportunity to promote and market their products as “the best of the best” in North America. All product category winners (except fluid milk classes, whipping cream, nonfat dry milk and whey products) will be auctioned at the World Dairy Expo on Oct. 2, 2012.
