Elmer’s Manufacturing Expands Into Water Management With Acquisition

The acquisition will be for 100% of the company and its Wolverine Extreme Rotary Ditcher product lineup.

Elmer’s Manufacturing has announced it plans to acquire Dynamic Ditchers, Inc. as of June 1, 2018.

The acquisition will be for 100% of the company and its Wolverine Extreme Rotary Ditcher product lineup. Elmer Friesen, president of Elmer’s Manufacturing has owned a Wolverine ditcher for many years for use on his own farm.

Dynamic Ditchers was started in 1999, and have sold more than 500 ditchers in the U.S., Western Canada, Hungary and Australia.. The machines are designed to build terraces, ditches and waterways by scraping and spreading the soil in a single pass. The Wolverine Extreme Rotary Ditcher will be available via Elmer’s dealer network as well as the pre-existing Wolverine dealers.
