Growing up, Clinton Griffiths would spend hours in the hot New Mexico sun baking and ridding the landscape of goat head weeds. 

Those days of filling a five-gallon bucket with weeds are now over since he lives in Indiana, but those lessons his father taught him about work, tenacity, hope, and never giving upp have stuck with him.
