FEWA and AIMRA Merge

The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Assoc (FEMA) reports that FEWA (wholesalers association) of Iowa City, IA and the Agricultural & Industrial Manufacturers Representatives Association (AIMRA), managed by Association Solutions in Minneapolis, MN, have decided to merge. Members of the two respective associations stamped their final approval of the merger during their respective conventions in Reno.

The merged association (temporarily called FEWA-AIMRA) will be managed by Pat Collins out of the former FEWA office in Iowa City.

The group also elected new board members during the meeting and the below individuals will serve for the 2008-2009 term:

President: Joe Jandrisch, aemsco Inc. - Minot, ND
1st VP: Dan Peterson, Peterson Marketing - Sioux Falls, SD
2nd VP: Robert Emhoff, Gearmore Inc. - Chino, CA
Secretary: Marcus Kimball, Pete Kimball & Associates, Lake St. Louis, MO
Treasurer & Immediate Past President: Miller Hadskey, Short Line Sales, Memphis, TN
Senior Director: John Fonda, John Day Company, Omaha, NE
Director: Ted Traeder, Traeder Enterprises, Hillsboro, WI
Director: Philip Mitchem, Henry Mitchem Equipment Co., Inc., Leesburg, FL
